"I have never written a review for any service but I will for this. The day the crew arrived I was so sick I had to let them in and just say to skip my bedroom because I needed to be in bed. They said "it's OK, we'll take care of it". I admit I was skeptical especially since I wouldn't be able to watch over them. That evening I got out of bed and looked around. "Auriane is a hard worker. She comes on time, as scheduled: greets us; and gets to work. My dog loves her and always insists on a belly rub when she comes into the house. She usually brings a second person and they work very efficiently together. My house is always fresh and clean when she is finished. She even puts fun decorative touches to the tissues & toilet paper. She does not charge an hourly rate. She estimates the job and gives a cost quote. I have hired other house cleaners who took 3 times as long for the same job. So I feel that her prices are fair. Auriane is Brasilian and is still mastering English.
