"Providers met with us first in our home to discuss our needs, share ideas about paint colors, explain estimate, and arrange a schedule.  They were very helpful in coordinating the colors we selected. They knew from past experience which colors were best and were open and honest about our choices. Without their help, we would have been less satisfied with the base color and trim we originally selected. Their experts' eye was invaluable! Their crew arrived promptly on the first day, and followed their predicted schedule throughout the project. There were frequent consultations as the job moved forward, and we were kept well informed about the progress. A careful examination of the house followed the completion of the painting, and it was very important to them that we were completely pleased with their work, which we were. Final touch-ups were made willingly and to our complete satisfaction.  A thorough clean-up of our property occurred at the end of each day's work and when the painting was finished. Ladders and other equipment and materials were stored safely overnight.  In addition to being very competent, the painters were polite, respectful of their surroundings, and willing to answer our questions and receive our comments. "Very well. I really admire Ken because he traveled a long, long way to do this work. He is very thorough and identified a much larger problem than the one I thought I had. Ken does nice work and sincerely tries to help. The only knock I have is that he was 2 hours late to the appointment. In fairness to him, he had to travel at least an hour to get to me and was unfamiliar with the roads, and he did keep in contact. That said, he was late starting the job."
