"I hired JLF Construction to finish some spackle and paint our nursery. I wish I never did. I had Jose come out to give a quote. He looked everything over and immediately shot of a price way too high for what the scope of work was. I was providing all materials and tools just needed labor. I told him we would think it over and get back to him. From that day on he continued to harass me with phone calls and texts wanting me to hire him. Finally I explained we felt the price was too high and we'd be getting additional quotes. He then negotiated down to what I thought was a fair price and we hired him. He sold me on how he had over 40 years of experience. Showing pictures of work he recently completed that we liked. We set up a day for him to come out and do the work. I was working when he had the availability and my wife was home. She text me saying there were 3 people here total and she didn't think it was going too well. She said she thinks I need to look everything over but he was demanding payment and wouldn't leave. I text Jose and explained I wouldn't agree to pay until I was home to see the work completed. To my amazement when I got home the room looked awful. He had let his 20 year old son who had no experience cut in the paint. Lines weren't straight, paint on my ceiling in some areas and other areas paint didn't even go all the way up the wall and it wasn't a double coat cut in. The white paint under showed through where they cut in. I immediately called Jose expressing my concerns and he started threatening me, insulting me and telling me I want something for nothing. He threatened to come to my house the next day. My wife who is pregnant was afraid so I agreed to just pay him. He then offered to send his son back out but he refused to come fix it himself since he wasn't the one who did the cutting in. I refused. I was so disappointed after seeing all of his great reviews. I wish I never came across his business. We had to pay a professional painter to come out and fix the issues. Luckily they didn't try to change and arm and a leg. If I could tell anyone to look elsewhere when considering these guys I would. Also, just a side note he had his sons wash out the paint in my yard causing my grass to die. I had them on camera the entire time doing it and asked multiple times to please stop since I pay for lawn treatments. This entire experience ended up costing me more than what we budgeted."

"We had cracks in the dyed mortar of the bricks above our garage. Grady took the time to match the color, even with the color having aged 10 years, and you would not even be able to tell that there was new mortar. If your project is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed."

"When I contacted Cover All Exteriors, LLC and left a message, a representative returned my call promptly. Duane arrived at the appointed time. He was friendly and courteous. He was thorough in assessing the job, and he reviewed with me what needed to be done. Duane then gave me a quote! I did not have to wait for days to know Cover All Exterior’s quote. The crew arrived on time. Greg, the project manager, made sure the crew had the correct materials, and frequently inspected and documented the work as it was in progress. He was always courteous and gracious. Greg helped solve a difficult part of the job. With his ingenious approach and solution, the part of the bay that was extremely difficult to reach was properly protected and covered! The crew was always polite and grateful as well. They cleaned up after the job was complete. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to Duane, Jessica and Greg for a pleasant experience!"

In the course of the remediation he went above and beyond the original scope for...and I quote him, esthetic reasons. The site was left in immaculate condition every day. The crew worked very hard-no loafing on this job. They also caulked everything in sight! Paul is very personable and works just as hard as his crew. He also sent me a written report of the work done with pictures. He clearly has a great work ethic, as has his crew. Very professional job."
