"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

Panko Construction & Trimmery has been in business since 1983, owner Tim Panko, I am the jack of all trades and darn good at them all. I can build you your dream home or project or help you design what you need. \n I also have a very nicely equipt climate controlled cabinet shop so lets do this !! \n Something to consider when hiring a service company , I unlike alot of other companys, am on the job from the beginning to the end, I don't put people on the job and hope that everything goes well.. I make sure it gets done like as if it were mine...

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

The longest part of building a custom home is the design phase. It takes multiple professionals and a ton of work to bring your vision for your dream home to life while sticking to a homebuilding budget and also ensuring everything is built to code. Expect the design phase for a custom home build to take six months to a year.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.
