"Juan and Gabrielle did an amazing job removing our old tile from our house. They finished the whole job in two days. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."

"Steel City Shine or Steel City Crime? Hired this company for a “deep clean” for my 89 year old grandmother. At $400, we were told this “deep clean” would leave her house in ‘ready-to-sell condition.’ We were told to expect a cleaning team (two people) with a 5-6 hour duration of DEEP CLEANING. When one woman showed up (someone supposedly called off), with a few cleaning sprays, my grandmother asked her, “Are you able to move the furniture?” She was told by the cleaner several times, “I’ll manage.” She managed alright. She managed without the proper cleaning materials, no step stool, and with an attitude of “the bare minimum is good enough.” She certainly managed by not moving anything; not furniture, not canisters in the kitchen, NADA. Nothing was moved, nothing dusted. Inside the microwave, DISGUSTING. That clean bleach or lemon-fresh smell you look forward to from a deep-clean, NOPE. After she left, my parents went over and had to wipe down everything. The next day, my dad spent 10 hours giving her home a true deep-clean (and Steel City Shine should be ASHAMED of the dust, dirt and grime that was left behind by their “best cleaner.”) BEWARE do NOT hire this company. They told us they would give a $100 refund (truthfully, it should have been a full refund). When it came time, they determined that only $62 should be refunded. Just another example of not following through with their word; pathetic refund for a pathetic service. Looking for a great company? We found a local company, Clean Freaks, that are AMAZING. They are local, and much cheaper ($120 first clean and $100 after that). Stay away from Steel City Shine unless you want to be scammed; choose Clean Freaks for an honest, hardworking cleaning company who cares about their customers."
