This is the SECOND TRANSACTION involving DECEIT ! I have contacted Whirlpool Corporation: Parent Company of KitchenAid, Maytag & Whirlpool ( Kruper Bros. in not an Authorized Service Center nor Retail Outlet of their name brands ) ! Furthermore, my Refrigerator has never been used since October 2012. AMANA has disclosed to me my Refrigerator was manufactured JUNE 2007 ! Which means the refrigerator WAS FIVE YEARS OLD ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE ! I have lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission & the PA. State Office Of The Attorney General, Bureau Of Consumer Protection. Sandy Krupa remains using sales slips that list " Maytag " & " Amana " , yet their is NOT ANY LEGAL AFFILATION BETWEEN HER, WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION & ITS CORPORATE SUBSIDAIRIES !
Description of Work: Sandy Krupa alleged, that I was buying a NEW, current production model refrigerator ! It was delivered in a vacant apartment I am redoing in October 2012.

A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE ! She was PAID IN FULL for a KitchenAid Dishwasher in September. She should have had it ordered, delivered to me and installed by end of the month, like a NORMAL APPLIANCE STORE. Instead, she has jerked me around from September to December that it was back ordered, special ordered etc.. I CANCELLED the sale on 1/3/13 by a Confirmation letter, firing her Retroactive from September 30, 2012 for fabrication of facts, fraud and BREACH OF CONTRACT. This vile woman, call's you her " friend to your face " . Next, she contact's SEARS MASTERCARD and states, she is entitled to my money ( I never received the appliance). I have since retained an Attorney, because she alleged all items in her store are " ALL SALES FINAL " , she then attempted to shaft me for re-stocking fee's ! How do you re-stock an item, you never delivered ? My Lawyer pointed out: she is in violation of Pennsylvania's Consumer Laws Stautes : She gives you a sales slip, with tiny holes on two sides. She does not " incorperate terms and conditions either on bill of sale or in the bill of sale. She did not incorperate any requesite return language, special order or restocking fee. Furthermore, no special order language andor out of stock language. Simply put, this woman is a liar and a con artist ! She is a fine example of why I joined Angie's List ! She told SEARS MASTERCARD, I knew my purchase was " FINAL SALE " . Well, rest assured, if I knew of her store policies: I would have turned around, walked back out and do what I am going to do now : SPEND MY MONEY ELSEWHERE, 30 day return policy at Allentown Appliance & SEAR'S ! Description of Work: Sandy Krupa is the Daughter of one of the Deceased founder's of the Company. The store long shuttered in Northampton, PA was owned and operated by another Krupa ( Sandy's dad's brother ). She was to provide me with a KitchenAid, Dishwasher (which she then alleged to have in stock) ! Then she had it back ordered or " special ordered ", there was supposed to be a delivery in November, 2012 ( NEVER ARRIVED, NO EXPLANATION ETC ). But don't let that bother you ! She had another delivery scheduled for December 2012. Well, she cancelled our delivery, without permissission, after being PAID in FULL almost $1,700.00 for the dishwasher. She then states the Dishwasher had to be ordered because: their was a labor dispute in the plant, that this created a work stoppage, making supply and demand a problem. She then alleged my model was not a popular one and was not able to be found in stock in our L.V. region. She emails me a fallacious , tear jerker of a story. I then looked at things very closely: the woman is a psychopathic liar ! Klecker & Son's had 12 in STOCK & Allentown Appliance had 10 in stock ! I contacted KitchenAid's Parent Company ( THERE NEVER WAS A LABOR STRIKE ) ! They further rebutted her, by stating, the MODEL IS IN ABUNDANCE AND IS THE MOST POPULAR MODEL ! Whirlpool has informed me, THAT KRUPER BROS., IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR OF THEIRS ! WHIRLPOOL HAS LEFT HER SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NONE WERE RETURNED IN JANUARY 2013. SHE HAS BREACHED HER CONTRACT WITH ME, THREE TIMES ! UNFORTUNATELY, A.L. RATING SYSTEMS WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GRADE KRUPER BROS APPLIANCE WITH A F- ! I HAVE ALSO A COMPLAINT WITH PA. OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION FILED AS ACTIVE. I have also lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Kruper Bros., is a DISGRACE to the Appliance Store Industry and needs to be shuttered for fraudulent representations etc. She has not any sales clerks, she only seems to have two delivery men ! Furthermore, she SCREENS HER PHONE CALLS DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND DOES NOT RETURN PHONE MESSAGES ON HER SYSTEM !
