Father to 2 kids. Currently in CDL trucking school to better my kids and my future. Right now I'm looking for a few quick jobs to help pay for it. Safety and quality are huge for me. I’m a very hard worker and will get any job done in a timely manner! I have +8 years of residential roofing experience, some experience in stone restoration, & about 4yrs of waterproofing masonry. I’m honestly open to most any job whatever it is you would like help with!

"I’ve known Caroline for about 20 years and was thrilled when I found out I could support her business! Her eclectic style, seriously-awesome personality, combined with her background in fashion and design have never wavered. These are just a couple of the qualities that shine through with her cleaning services! Caroline offered her services when I was struggling to keep my 5 group homes cleaned. The houses take a lot of wear and tear, and need to be deep cleaned bi weekly. She does an impeccable job and is worth more than she charges. Her work is detailed and thorough, and she will probably leave your place looking better than imagined. Don’t get me started on how fast she works too.. amazing."

"Lisa from The Dust Deputy cleaned my house better than I thought possible. She left no stone unturned, even going so far as to pull out the fridge and oven away from the wall and cleaning behind them. There was not a single spot of dirt or dust left behind! Excellent service! 10/10! I will be hiring The Dust Deputy again whenever I need any cleaning service of any kind."

"Dirty Ed's was prompt, punctual, and delivered the promised service. Their assessment of the needed repairs was accurate and their bid for the custom chimney cap and brick and mortar repairs was VERY fair and competitive. I would use them again for any chimney/fireplace need. They were very responsive by phone and adaptable to scheduling needs. They also inspected the dry vent (which needed NO cleaning) at no extra cost. A first rate operation!"

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Inspections should be conducted annually, and minor repairs should be made as needed.

Moss grows in dark areas of roofs, including in corners and gutters. If left alone, it can grow under roofing and cause permanent damage. Here’s how to remove moss from metal roofs

  • Soak the moss to soften it

  • Scrub it away with a soft-bristled brush, or pick it off with your hands (be sure to wear gloves)

  • Use a moss remover that’s compatible with metal roofing, following the manufacturer’s directions

  • Remove dead moss and rinse the roof thoroughly

  • Prevent future moss growth by trimming branches, cleaning gutters, and attaching zinc strips to moss-prone areas

Inspect annually for damage, clean debris, and reapply sealant to maintain protection.

Soft washing chemicals typically consist of a mix of sodium hypochlorite (or a chemical component of bleach) and water. While sodium hypochlorite and bleach are often thought to be the same thing, there is one small but key difference between the two: sodium hypochlorite comes in powdered rather than liquid form, which means that it’s also more concentrated and more effective from less product overall.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only remove them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a safety risk to people below. Attempting to remove icicles yourself can be dangerous, so if you are concerned about immediate damage, it is recommended to hire a professional. To prevent icicles from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, which is often poor insulation. Long-term solutions include improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.
