Sean was extremely thorough and helpful with areas of the house that required attention. He provided excellent, pragmatic advice on how to approach and plan for repairs. Sean supplied an in depth, detailed report that will be extremely valuable in the future when I begin fixing the issues in the house.

Sean was very thorough, spent almost 5 hours at our place, while even giving us a discounted rate in the end, because we didn't need the report right away. He was very amicable, patient in explaining and kind in manners, great to interact with. His knowledge of the ins and outs was extensive, but he admitted where his limits where, which I hold in high regard. All in all, he helped us a lot to realize where we are at and what needs to be done, he even gave us some tips and tricks on easy-to-do DIY jobs. A strong recommendation!

He arrived promptly and was very professional. I contacted him on short notice and appreciated his responsiveness and ability to fit us into his schedule. He gave us a detailed oral summary of the inspection, answered all of our questions, and provided the written report the same night. Obviously he can't find everything as its a non-invasive inspection but I felt like I received a good assessment of the property and would definitely hire him again.
