Solid Construction

I hired Jim to turn an unfinished basement area into a finished art studio. The results are spectacular. The workmanship is top notch and Jim's recommendations along the way -- for example, adding an additional window for more light -- made my vision twice as good in reality. Jim is a pleasure to work with, is highly responsive and communicative, and all his workers showed up as planned. The work was also done on schedule -- even a little early! My highest recommendation.

What started out as a minor dry rot repair turned into discovery of major termite damage. Jim and his team were throrough, prompt and meticulous in their work. Jim was great at communicating when the work would be done, what it would involve and following up to make sure the work was performed to my standards. I was pleased that they were able to work the additional time into their schedule so that my home wasn't torn up for too long. You can't even tell that they've been there. The team also replaced some deck supports and swapped a soaker tub for a non-functional spa tub. I felt the work was a good value for my money - they were all very professional, respectful and prompt. I'd highly recommend this team.

Jim was very easy to communicate and work with throughout this project even though we were not in town. He completed the work ahead of time which really helped us. He gave great recommendations on what we should and shouldnâ t do on our project. He has great insight. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them!
