Description of Work: Tom has carried out inspections for us on 6 homes in the last 18 months. He has always been thorough and professional. His process is to do the inspection and then to spend time at the end describing what he has found, how critical they are, what the remedies might be and a ballpark estimate of what it might cost to put right. His report which is in 2 sections: main body and summary enumerates the findings in such a manner that they are easily included in a spreadsheet.

Description of Work: Tom has inspected several homes for us in the past and has always done a very through job and was also able to recommend a great contractor to repair an issue that came up in a bank owned home we purchased. He puts together a detailed report that you can access on-line and is easy to read. We are in the process of buying another home but do to scheduling conflicts on our end we could not make it work with Tom. But we have every intention of using him again the future. I would highly recommend Pacific NW Home Inspections.

Description of Work: Tom did two home inspections for me. Both inspections were incredibly thorough. Tom pointed out both the long and short term issues as well as issues that may present lender issues-which saved me the cost of an appraisal on the first home. The reports were also very easy to read and understand.

His inspection was thorough and professional, and we received the report on the spot. He was available to answer all of our questions. Description of Work: Tom performed a house inspection for me. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. I have yet to find anything that he missed. I was most impressed with his write-up. It was extremely clear and organized and make it very easy to return to the seller with pictures off the problem areas that we wanted addressed. He has continued to be available to help with questions.

He pointed out some items that we were able to have fixed by the seller and some others that we will take on as projects as we move into home ownership.
