The Pool & Spa Medic

I truly believe the Team at The Pool & Spa Med strive to be the very best at customer service. I retired as a Safeway Store Manager last year and find these folks exceptional.

The Pool and Spa Medic did a great job. On time, professional and the job was completed right the first time, for a lot less money and hassle than Oregon HotSprings Service Department.

The only thing I can complain about, and it's pretty minor, is I'd have liked a call giving me a better time window for his arrival. I was told he'd be here in the afternoon, so I was thinking 2 or 3 o'clock. I called at 3:30 and was told it would probably be 5:00 or so.

The Pool & Spa Medic had to come out twice before the problem with my hot tub was resolved. However, they were gracious and professional. I would use them again for future repairs

This is a great company to work with. He came right out & was very efficient. My hot tub had a particular problem but he was cognizant of a fast solution and ended up completing the repair in only about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend him.

Mike, is thorough and knowledgeable. He really tries to find the solution to the problem. Unlike the Hot Springs tech, who came with no intention of fixing the problem and charged a big service call fee for doing nothing. I highly recommend Pool and Spa Medic.

When I initially called, it took four days to get onto their calendar. I made an appointment, left work early to home in time for them, and then they never showed up; nor did they call. I sent an email requesting them to call me the following day for an explanation. The technician called and said there had been death in the family and he forgot to call. (nor did the receptionist who booked the appt. call me) The appointment was Mon., and we rescheduled for Thursday. Again, I left work early for a 4pm appt. He arrived at 5:30, we filled the spa, he consulted with me on the upkeep of the spa and he left. I paid $127.50 for that.

Very high quality service! One of the most plesant experiences I have ever had with a service company of any kind. They know how to please the coustomer and do so. They know thier business and complete a professional job......

Excellent service

Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. In the office, Stenya was courteous and helpful on the phone. I appreciated their help with my spa problem.

The overall service was magnificent, they were all very nice and curtious and Mike did the work while I was sleeping, and didn't even hear him, the tub works great and no more leak.. thanks again!!! Jay and Diane

Right on time. Immediiately found the problem which I could have done had I had the time. Didn't have the part unique to my brand of spa but told me what to buy and how to install it. None of this was above my skill level. Left all of the screws to the spa skirting where I could find them and I buttoned things up. Got a sicere thank you and a hand-written bill with only the minimum service charge attached. The technician has been in the spa business for years and knows his stuff!!

Mike is extremely thorough in his initial contact with customers. Mike was really kind and thoughtful and easy to work with. I totally recommend him to anyone in need of repairs.

Mike came out and replaced the blower on our hot tub. He gave us a very reasonable estimate (we called a lot of people and his price was the best) and he didn't add on any weird extra fees like others might. He worked efficiently and professionally and the new blower is working perfectly! He also came out immediately while others told us we'd have to wait a week or so for them to order parts... This was a Five Star experience. Next time something needs to be fixed on our hot tub Mike will be the first person we call... I cannot recommend him enough.

We have had others work on our spa and now feel we found a business we can count on. He came out right away and was able to fix the problem with out breaking the bank.
