Picking out the dryer, the sales person was helpful. From my point of view, it was good. They didn?t try to sell me something more expensive from what I was really looking for. Just a basic dryer. My dryer had an electrical problem and just quit working, so rather than repair it, I just decided to buy a new one. I just wanted not too many bells and whistles, just a dryer like some I?ve had in the pass. Anyway, it was a good experience. It was available, I believe in a couple of days. It must have been delivered.?What I liked most is that they had several dryers in stock to look at, and they didn?t try to convince me that I needed a bigger and better one. They stuck with what I was looking for. They had good choices, not just all top and they had all different price points.?It was an ?A? for their selection and picking it out. There wasn?t too much to it. It?s pretty much an overall ?A? experience. I haven?t had any problems since then. I can?t remember if they delivered it, so there wouldn?t be any services if they didn?t deliver it. It was fine. I would consider them again, depending on what I?m looking for.
Description of Work: I purchased an clothes dryer. It was because I really needed one and didn’t want to wait, and I’ve had pretty good luck with Sears in the past. I think we picked it up and installed it, I can’t remember if they installed it.
