ZIP Garage Doors

ZIP Garage doors has absolutely terrible service. It took them about an hour to even schedule an appointment to come service our door. The soonest they could come was about 7pm that evening. They didn't show up until 8:30. The technician brought his girlfriend along. It quickly became apparent that they had no idea what they were doing. He poked around and broke the garage door more by messing with the upper and lower limits of the garage door before he gave up by saying "I think you have a bad motor, try buying a new one," then leaving. The motor was (and still is) perfectly fine. The next day, a real garage door service came our and properly tensioned the cable that pulls up the door, and showed us how to set the limit switches ourselves. They did this free of charge, and will be getting out patronage in the future. ZIP garage door didn't know how to bill us, they lost our info and keep calling me. I think their receptionist is confused but won't admit it? She called me, said the name of another service, asked for my credit card info, then when I said no she asked if ZIP garage door had fixed our door. I said yes and she got angry and asked for the name of our business, then hung up. Complete incompetence and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the hassle and call literally anyone else.
