My yard was truly transformed and looks wonderful. They did a great job, very professional and courteous. I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommended.

Most bizarre and aggravating situation I have had with a landscaper! The general problem was one of poor customer service and communication; not paying attention to the job -- doing a poor job and leaving chunks of it UNDONE. He knows how to do it, but this job started in April when he chose to do part (and left a pile of empty Preen and Roundup containers in the back) and it is July! After a second session here (in July), the job is still not done -- which means that I have to take care of it AGAIN -- I thought it was taken care of! (Just got out of the hospital -- had 2 surgeries during the time I was dealing with this baloney -- did not need more stress!) Three rosebushes I asked to be removed have grown back, an area was not properly Preened and there are weeds growing, there is still moss on the roof that was not treated, and I believe that the gutters in the back of the house were not done (I contacted them about this with no reply), and more. No attention to detail; terrible communication -- either none (like not communicating with me for weeks) or over-the-top and inappropriate (I choose not to go into the details of that at this time, and other things -- there is a lot more to this story). Suffice it to say that unprofessional behavior, bad attitude and very spotty customer service were the norm. Maybe he considers himself "commercial", and doesn't want to do a residential job (I don't know what his problem is), but if that is the case then don't do it -- don't accept the job and then do it by half and put me through the wringer!

Don Reavis is the guy who came out. He did a good job. He has done pruning for us several times. His prices are reasonable. I spent about a couple of hundred dollars for the last service, which was good.
