The workers were not skilled. Sheetrock was worked on for a month and still was poorly done. Countertops do not touch the wall. Oven and microwave were damaged and replacement was refused. Top moulding on cabinets and aprons under windows were not done. She told me I would have to hire a finish carpenter to get that work done! I had to put the hardware on the new cabinets. Contractor agreed to enclose washer and dryer in new area and then said it could not be done because "I didn't tell her the soap goes in the front of the machine". Then charged $1000.00 for the attempt to enclose which did not work. Demanded payment for unfinished exterior painting because she would not believe me when I said it was not finished - finished when she came out to see. In general, the work is shoddy, her workers not qualified and damages done to my appliances were blamed on the appliances being in the workers way. The work was started in April and was unfinished in October. It was a horrible experience.
