+ -1 moreWe purchased a house in the Eugene area and was directed to Western Title. I would NOT use them again or recommend them ever. Cindy Senn actually misplaced our closing costs check! Her manager did not reply to emails that i sent asking if this was the way they did business. No reply. They cashed the check and then they do not feel any obligation to respond to any customers inquiry. Very painful. They owed us a refund of over $4000 and claimed they mailed the check, but couldnt state what date it was mailed or dated. They sat on my refund when i needed it for about 30 days. Very insulting while closing on a house. Never use them if you can avoid Western Title
Description of Work: My case officer was Cindy Senn and totally forgot about me once her company had the check in hand. She wouldnt return any phone calls or reply to emails. I sent her supervisor an email stating the facts and still no reply. Its as if once they have your check and it clears they disappear, poof! Gone.
