Tom was available withing days of my request for service.  He arrived on time in his excellent mobile repair van.  He decided the tire tubes did not likely need replacing, saving me unnecessary cost, and preformed a full check of my bike minor adjustments as needed.  The cost of this service included the purchase of a quality tire pump and careful instruction on it's use.  I was thrilled with the convenience of not having to schlep my bike into a shop and then back for repairs. This was excellent service at a fair price.

Thomas is exceptional! Knowledgeable! My bike is early 1970's but great condition, he explained everything, super mindful of the bike being used by a teenager, he went through the bike, tried wheels, replaced chain, adjusted brakes which should not be attempted by an amateur. I called, he made appointment for the next day and was here on time. He has a spiffy clean, organized shop in a new van outfitted for bike repair. What a great service experience! Highly recommend!

Overall excellent experience.
I looked up bike tune-ups on Angie's List, saw him there and realized his fee was comparable to local stores, all the while saving us loading up our bikes, driving them down to a store, leaving them there for who knows how long, etc. Sounded great to us! So I sent him an email, to which he responded promptly. He was also able to schedule an appointment within 2 days.
The day of he arrived precisely on time, was friendly, professional, and knowledgable, and had both bikes done in 2 hours, including the repair of a shifter.
He has two new life-long customers - we highly recommend him!

Outstanding work at a good price and with incredible convenience to have him do the repair at my office location. VeloGuy only charges me $90 for my bike repair including 2 new tires. He did a wonderful job and I was so happy, I had him do a tuneup on my son's trail bike when my bike was finished. He did the second bike on the spot while I went back into my office for a meeting. He was done in 90 minutes when I was getting ready for lunch. He recommended new pedals for my son's bike and had them in stock on his truck at a reasonable price. He put them on while I waited 5 minutes. VeloGuy is a valuable service provider that I definitely would recommend and use again.
