Real Estate Service
I have received poor treatment and no professionalism in any of my dealings with them. I notified them over a month in advance, vacated the property for viewing 2 weeks ahead of the end of my lease, had the house professionally cleaned and carpets shampooed, and they still want to charge me for cleaning, as well as not providing me with my deposit until 31 days after the end of my lease, even though the inspection is complete and no work is to be done. During my lease, they didn't respond to electrical issues, when they did an unqualified person met me and laughed at what was there describing it as the worst fire hazard he had been around, and told me to keep my dog outside when I was gone or turn off the breaker.
