My husband and I trusted Claudio to come and help us with our high-end kitchen floor and also to replace 10 long boards for $100 each elsewhere in my home. A few of the areas required a few short boards to replace the long board removed so Claudio took the opportunity double his expectation on the price after the fact. He replaced a board in the bedroom but could not get it to sit flush so he tore it out causing other boards to have to be replaced around it - which would not have been the case had the board been installed correctly. He promised to return to do one board remaining telling us to find the board or boards for that one board remaining. We honored our agreement and paid $100 per board plus the entire kitchen cost. Claudio then spitefully left one long discolored board in our bedroom undone and ghosted us for two weeks. One week before our moving truck was supposed to come he told us he was not coming back asserting that he had â two months of other jobs lined upâ . He never finished the one board remaining. I am a professional interior designer and leaving the job undone knowing this would hold up our move in date was unconscionable. Our kitchen floor is squeaking now every time we walk on it. Now we have to postpone our move or live with a discolored board forever. Claudio doesn't care.

Claudio and his team came in to help complete our floor installation after we were unable to complete it on our own. He knew just what to do and it looks great!

It was not easy working in my small condo, but they were very careful with moving my furniture from room to room as they installed the vinyl planks. I would definitely hire Claudio again.

most of the time they were on time with our time line. A couple of times they were not on schedule, but easy to communicate with. The work was great, would have them again if they ever had the time. I do have other flooring projects to be done.

Poor quality job on the baseboards. Did not align the edges and then tried use putty to cover up. Then they charged $500 extra for kitchen floor removal when they had already quoted me for all the floors to be removed except the bathrooms. The stair treads when making a cracking sound after installation so they just put a nail on the top of it and put putty over top. Broke pieces of wall off in stairway. I always had to clean up after they left for the day. Project also took longer than quoted. Terrible experience and I want to cry every time I look at my baseboards.

Claudio is a one in a million. This man honors his word. He is honest, trustworthy, respectful and a pleasure to work with. His work and that of his team are excellent! Everyone went above and beyond to help us. We are thrilled with Triple C Flooring, and when we are ready to remodel our kitchen, Triple C Flooring is the only company we will call!

Claudio and his crew had a big job when they took on my project. Much of the hadr wood needed to be replaced. They beautify installed new wood to match the 70 year old floor that remained. They pay attenton to detal and are very professional. I would reccomend them for all of your florring need.
