The people there were very friendly and professional.
The explanation of how dark windows could be legally was something I had not considered. I actually wanted them darker but went with the legal tint.
They were running behind and were moving or redesigning so the car was done later than we had thought. Kept calling and getting updates. The finished product was great. We also had them redo the headlight on our other car and it was done nicely and on time.
I think the time element was an isolated issue, so I would recommend them to others.

They seemed to be more interested in window tinting than window replacement. The search for my windshield was put on hold when a tint customer came in for a tinting. Talking to her, she told me it was a redo because they had used two different shades the first time. Lousy customer service and would never recommend them to anyone for anything.

Called several places but Trifer not only gave me the best price but were willing to work on New Years day. Great service. Pleasant waiting room. Very grateful to get the job done so I could leave for a trip.

This place is AMAZING!! I was coordinating an appointment for someone who didn't speak English very well. Tristan was so amazingly helpful in trying to communicate with him and me. He called me numerous times to check in with me. Because we were lost, he even offered to meet us at where we were at and have us follow him back to the shop. The technician was supposed to leave the office at 4:30pm, but he stayed until 8pm just to meet us!!! And on top of that, I called 8 other places in town and they were the cheapest place in town! If you ever need a window/glass repair do not go anywhere else but here.
