Ceramic Tile Service
The granite slab is gorgeous, but 3 decorative tiles began to fell off after 6 months. The decorative tiles are at the base of the hearth and I noticed that instead of placing the tiles all the way to the floor that the tiles were cut off just below the carpet line. This causes the loosened tiles to drop about 1/2 inch and the grout to fall out making the problem more noticeable. I called 2 months ago and talked to the owner who said he was expecting his installer to be back in town any day and that I was on the schedule. It has been 2 months now and the repair has not been done and my calls have not been returned. I have called 6 times over 2 months and 1 call was returned about 6 weeks ago.
