Ed attempted to sell a house I own, but my price was probably too high for it's location, so I decided to rent it instead.

The broker is Ruby Brockett. They were here yesterday. They are extremely professional, enthusiastic, kind, listen to you, and they are very experienced.

I looked online for houses.  when I saw a few I liked I sent out a few emails to the agents.  Kim was the first agent to contact me and she gave me information right away.  We did not have an agent yet and I was sort of seeing who would be the one to respond and Kim Arscott was it.  I would so highly recommend her to anyone.

Adrienne St. Clair is an outstanding real estate agent. We initially contacted her looking for a seller's agent and within a day she had a fully prepared market analysis for our home complete with comparable property sales. She can her husband, Ed, then came over to look at the place and discuss our plans, concerns, questions, etc.

Although we ended up deciding to rent our property instead of selling at this time, when we started looking to purchase a new home, it was a no-brainer to ask Adrienne to be our buyer's agent. We already had a good list of places we were interested in, and Adrienne showed us houses giving us her frank opinion of the pros and cons of each place. Once we had decided to make an offer, Adrienne walked us through the process step by step very efficiently.

We ended up getting a place we love at a good price, and all this took under one month. Adrienne is a real professional, and we will *definitely* use her again when we have a real estate need!

Adrienne is a #1 realtor. Over the past 8 years, I have directly observed as she takes care of her clients with integrity and wisdom. She has worked with many of my borrowers who always comment that they realize how fortunate they were to have Adrienne representing them. Her calm and knowledgeable guidance in the real estate market is second to none.

I think they are a good company. I plan to purchase a house through them when we decide to purchase the house.  She showed us several homes. She sends me messages monthly just to keep in touch.  She seems pretty knowledgeable about the town in the general, not just only the property but what is going on in the community.  So we are definitely going to use her.

I met with Adrienne over a year ago when I met with realtors from three different firms and asked for a market analysis of our home. After "interviewing" the three when they gave their presentation it was clear who was the best. In fact, from that meeting on Adrienne and Ed were great on answering questions as we were getting the house ready, before we listed it with them. When it came time to selecting the asking price we took their guidance, which was wise on our part, as we received $40,000 more than what we would have settled for! They were wonderful to work with!

Adrienne was absolutely fantastic. We met in mid October on a reference from a friend (she had sold there house). We instantly found the house we wanted, a historic character from the turn of the century that needed a ton of work. Adrienne could see the potential we saw in it, and quickly shifted into gear to figure out how to buy this house. She gave us great advice from start to finish. Her first piece of advice was be prepared for this to take months; it did, and thanks to Adrienne we were well prepared for it. Six months later, having felt like we bought the house and lost it several times over (thanks to Wells Fargo's short sale process), we closed thanks in large part to Adrienne's patience, persistence, and advocacy. The process (the most bizzare real estate process I've been a part of) included constant vigilence to make sure the house didn't foreclose, didn't get sold to someone else, didn't get squatted in while sitting vacant for a year, didn't just disappear into the abyss of short sales, and all around didn't fall apart. She was a step ahead every step of the way. I often called with a strategy question to which she would answer that she had already done what I was suggesting. I coulnd't have asked for anything more in a realtor. My sincere thanks to Adrienne (and her team). I highly recommend Adrienne to anyone thinking of buying a house in Eugene. She knows the market. She knows the people. She knows how to get a great deal.

Adrienne and Ed were great!! Once we committed to working with them, they got our house in RMLS in just a few hours in time for a realtor tour the next day. We had a full priced offer within 10 days of listing the house, which was fantastic in this market. They provided great advice and guidance throughout. Adrienne kept us informed, almost daily, on the progress on the sales process. We successfully closed 10 days prior to our original closing date.
