First I called around. These guys asked the right questions about what I wanted, how I was going to use it and my car accessories.
They didn't try and sell me up when I got there. After I purchased and they installed it, the explanations were simple and patient. Best of all, as I was about to drive away, the manager came out and told me their installer didn't need to use some parts they thought he would, and I got $30 back. That's honesty!
