About us
We are a full service professional Home Staging company, based in Eugene Oregon. We have been in business for 10 years, initially located in the Seattle area, and here in Eugene since 2007. We primarily bill by credit card and it is our professional policy to require a signed Pricing Proposal and Staging Agreement, as well as a credit card to reserve a staging date and furnishings for vacant properties. When we take photos of properties for Realtors to use on the RMLS and for print advertising, we typically provide 25-35 photos at 72dpi and in high resolution. We use PhotoShop and other photo editing software where necessary to provide clear, crisp compelling photos of your property. For clients who are not selling their homes, but want a home make-over using their own furnishings, the procedure for the Pricing Proposal, Staging Agreement and billing is similar and a deposit is required before work begins.

We got a full price offer within two days of listing the property. We also had a full price backup offer. Having met the buyers I believe that the staging and professional photos of the staged property really helped the sale. With the staging they could visualized living in style in the home, which may not have been the case otherwise.
The staging services were a smart investment given the results.
"(removed member name), Thank you so much for this testimonial. It's always a pleasure working with you, whether were doing a consultation, a photo session, or a vacant staging like the last one we worked on. I look forward to working with you more in 2015, as we have done the past several years. Janis"
