Very detailed and accommodating. Wasn't condescending about our lack of maintenance (last tuned 30 years ago). For a very nominal fee he returned our piano to a very enjoyable instrument.

Great. He's on time, thorough, and delightful. His attention to the care of our piano is absolutely reassuring. He has a background in building organs and pianos, so his knowledge base is quite large and his customers benefit from this.

Terry was friendly, easy going, and did a great job. We were able to schedule an appointment for very soon after I called and he was prompt and professional during the scheduling calls. I will call him back next year and recommend him to my neighbors.

Terry is great. Very nice and very professional. I honestly thought he would charge for all the work he did, beyond just tuning. He was here almost two hours, but it was all included in the tuning fee. I would have been fine with paying more. He replaced a bunch of worn out bushings and adjusted quite a few of the keys. On the receipt he listed out other work he advised could be done in order of what he felt important, with prices for each service. Really liked him and already recommended him to a friend!
