Description of Work: Terry was EXCELLENT, cheerful, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and came highly recommended. He tuned my piano, an old upright which had not been tuned for 6 years, and sitting unplayed for three years since our move to Eugene. He did a great job. He impressed me by his willingness to come by even though it meant a personal sacrifice. I had a piano-playing guest due to arrive before he would be returning from his honeymoon! He fit me in just when a rehearsal dinner was beginning. What a heart for others!! My guest loved the sound of my piano and I loved Mr. Terry's kindness. He's just great!

+ -1 moreVery detailed and accommodating. Wasn't condescending about our lack of maintenance (last tuned 30 years ago). For a very nominal fee he returned our piano to a very enjoyable instrument.

+ -1 moreGreat. He's on time, thorough, and delightful. His attention to the care of our piano is absolutely reassuring. He has a background in building organs and pianos, so his knowledge base is quite large and his customers benefit from this.
Description of Work: Tuned our lovely old grand piano, the one he helped restore. He is so competent and kind. He is very understated, so it is no surprise that he's as bright and able as he is. His careful tending to details and easy going manner have made him invaluable. In addition, he has been able to problem solve situations that eluded others. I'm so impressed with him.

+ -1 moreTerry was friendly, easy going, and did a great job. We were able to schedule an appointment for very soon after I called and he was prompt and professional during the scheduling calls. I will call him back next year and recommend him to my neighbors.

+ -1 moreTerry is great. Very nice and very professional. I honestly thought he would charge for all the work he did, beyond just tuning. He was here almost two hours, but it was all included in the tuning fee. I would have been fine with paying more. He replaced a bunch of worn out bushings and adjusted quite a few of the keys. On the receipt he listed out other work he advised could be done in order of what he felt important, with prices for each service. Really liked him and already recommended him to a friend!
Description of Work: Terry cleaned and tuned our new—used—piano. He fixed sticky keys and replaced bushings.
