Ted came to my business and was pleasant and professional. He told me he would need to take my PC to his shop and repair the problem. I have had other companies tell me that it would be $150.00 to 200.00 to fix the PC. Ted repaired it that day and brought it back to my business the next AM and charged me $80.00 for the repair. Everything works just the way it should as before the Win 10 update. VERY PLEASED!!! I highly recommend Technotiq, LLC for your PC repair and sales. Thanks to a great company.

I had a great experience working with Ted at Technotiq when I was looking for a laptop. He was friendly, punctual, and really listened to me to understand what I was looking for. I think he offered me a good deal on a laptop that was in absolutely pristine condition, with all the necessary operating system updates installed, and ready to go. Highly recommended for great service and value.

The entire process was absolutely wonderful. Ted Recio was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the right computer for me. I am extremely computer illiterate and had been putting off the computer buying process for a while, due to not knowing where to start. That is no longer the case. I can trust Ted and Technotiq to help me with any computer related questions I may have. And to be able to say that is such a huge relief. If you're looking for quality, service and value, I couldn't recomend Technotiq more. They have earned a life long customer in me.
