Needed replacement of old, broken-down furnace and old water heater in an unoccupied rental. They did all the work and moved furnace and ducts to give us more room in the area. Had to call him back the next day when we realized the furnace was not running. Reggie, the owner, came over and spent several hours late into the night diagnose the problem and run new wire up to the thermostat (no extra charge). After this, we realized the blower was not shutting off, so he had me replace the thermostat, talking me through it over the phone (he offered to install a more expensive model, but I declined to save about $150). The furnace is a high quality one which can be used if we decide to install a heat pump later. Water heater was a routine replacement except the old wiring was faulty and had to be replaced, thus a higher cost than estimated.
