Tech-Medic was the first name that came to mind when I needed help. As before, Larry and Robin were candid, clear and helpful, both in the work they performed and their explanations (to a computer dummy). They're patient and friendly, too. There were a couple of short delays because they had to wait for parts to come in, but that's not within their control. These are extremely knowledgeable, competent guys who are willing to go the extra mile to be of help. Good service still lives!
