Susan is a wonder! We struggled to find a home over the late summer/early fall, when COVID-19 led to an intense seller's market in Eugene. Thanks to Susan's expertise and contacts, we ended up with the absolute perfect home for us, in location, layout, style, and price. Susan went above and beyond to find and secure the right house for us, and we got a great price for the market.

From our first conversation, I knew we’d found a gem in Susan. She’s super responsive, on top of the tiniest details and knowledgeable about everything from building techniques and tradespeople to trends. One area in which Susan really distinguishes herself is in her soft skills – running interference here, sussing out the situation there ... we felt Susan gave us an edge in our negotiations. You’ll not find a more ethical, competent professional than Susan, but the magic is that she feels like a friend: an incredibly savvy, real estate wizard friend.

We live in another state and wanted to sell my elderly mother-in-law?s home in order to relocate her to our town.  Because of my mother in-law?s delicate emotional condition, many aspects of the sale had to be coordinated with us long distance.   Susan kept
us informed and continually updated.  Simply stated, we could not have accomplished this sale without Susan?s assistance.  She treated my mother-in-law with a patience and kindness that went way beyond her role as agent, easing her numerous concerns at every turn.  In my mother-in-law?s words ?she is a saint.?  
Many issues arose with the home throughout the process that might have delayed the sale.  Susan was always on top of things, dealing with each problem effectively, efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.  
Through the years I have dealt with several real estate agents? some fair? some good.  Susan was extraordinary, going above and beyond.   I cannot recommend her highly enough?  A+ in every respect.

I would highly recommend Susan Moore to anybody needing Realtor services. My wife and I were first time home buyers from out of state with no family/friends in town to ask for a recommendation of who to use. We looked at nearly every Realtor's profile in Eugene from multiple different agencies and read as many review sites as we could. We ultimately chose Susan based on her attention to detail on her  profile, accolades given to her on her real estate accomplishments, and friendly-looking demeanor. Lucky us, all of these  things turned out to be true and she highly exceeded our expectations.
Just a few things in particular to mention:
Susan is a great communicator. Susan never assumes anything and really listens to what your needs are. She is also great about focusing exclusively on you during her time with you, she won't take other calls. However when she has a minute she'll get right back to you. There wasn't a day that went by when we were wondering where she went or were waiting on anything.  She even got us into a ?cream puff? house an hour after going onto the market.
She is great at different forms of communication. Susan was easy to get in touch with and we used phone calls, email, and texting.
She doesn't push you into a higher sale. We used Susan as a buyer?s agent and we were looking well within our means. There were definitely a couple cream puff houses that we really pined for and could afford but Susan brought us back down to Earth and reminded us of what would work best for us. She talked us out of 4+ bedroom houses (too much to heat, clean, and furnish) and houses with huge yards (we'd spend all of our time doing yardwork when we really just wanted to explore Oregon).
Susan has a lot of experience. As first time, out-of-state home buyers we really relied on Susan?s expertise of different neighborhoods and knowledge of homes in general to know when we stumbled across a gem or a dud. She pointed out cracks, house settling, expensive heating systems, outside gardening and maintenance issues, etc. She?s been in the real estate industry all her life (her parents were real estate agents too) so she knows all the ins and outs of the game.
Susan is very organized. Susan always had all of our paperwork really organized and we never had to wait on her as we were pushing for a really fast close as we were living in temporary housing.
Susan has lots of great references. Susan gave us different contacts at banks and credit unions based on what we were comfortable with. We ultimately went with Darcee Slonecker at Umpqua bank which worked out really great for us as well (we ended up closing under 30 days and with a really great interest rate). She also has an arsenal of different contractors if you are in need of that she has been using for years.Susan worked well with the selling agent and pushed us harder than we thought possible to get nearly all of the items on our home inspection repaired.
I highly recommend Susan to anybody needing a realtor. She was great to work with, friendly, polished, and polite (while still negotiating a great deal on our house!). My wife and I are definitely going to use Susan if we ever chose to move again.

When we first met Susan we were not quite ready to begin a serious search. She took our initial information and forwarded information on available homes% but waited for us to make contact with her. When we were ready Susan refined our criteria and researched more homes. we also asked to see some homes that we had seen advertised. Susan was very flexible and accommodating. She listened to our comments and helped us to narrow down our choices.

When we finally decided on a house, Susan was instrumental in helping us find good resources for many of the elements involved in buying a home. At the time we were searching for a house, I was involved in a major project for my job and really did not have time to handle some of the final details . Susan was such an advocate for us and helped .with so many details. When things got overwhelming, Susan's calm, professional manner got us through the process.

As an out-of-town buyer, I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful realtor to introduce me to the Eugene area and housing market. Susan was with me every step of the process and beyond. She is very thorough and detail-oriented and always looks after the client's needs and interests. As it turned out, I fell in love with the first house I saw and Susan took me through the process step-by-step, carefully and patiently explaining documents, schedules, contingencies, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my housing search, in large part thanks to Susan. Susan is a fantastic realtor. She is smart, thorough, responsive, and savvy. If she represents a buyer, she represents the buyer--helping you get the property at the very best price. Ditto for sellers; she will be realistic but will help you get the best price (she has not sold a house for us--yet--but she sold our next door neighbor's house and did great by her). She is liberal with her time, offers great advice, has a good sense of humor, has a great eye for detail, and goes the extra mile. I have dealt with many realtors and have never met one I liked as well or felt as well served by. The highest recommendation.

After using Susan as my agent I can't imagine using anyone else. Here knowledge of the Eugene -Springfield and surrounding areas is fantastic. She has the ability to customize her attention and searches for my specific needs.
