I would give them an extremely high rating. They are very, very good workers. I have a friend who works for a paint store so we got the paint separately. They were fast and they did a very,very good and thorough job. There weren't any problems and the communication was excellent. Their price is very reasonable.

Deck is beautiful. Susan was prompt and extremely competent. Had great recommendations for materials and design.

I would highly recommend Susan and fully intend to use her services again. She can do just about anything in the way of repairs and home improvement.

I want Susan to fix everything that ever goes wrong on our house!!! She was fabulous- the most clear communicator I have ever hired to work on our house and everything went exactly as she said it would. My husband and I painted our last house ourselves so we know what goes into doing the job correctly. I wound up getting 8 bids from contractors and chose Susan out of the bunch. She was not the highest bid or the lowest but seemed to be incredibly thorough in her bid. She was professional on the phone and showed up exactly when she said she would. The lead paint issue came up with every bid we got (due to the age of our house) and some of the contractors definitely tried to scare me about the possibility of lead and the costs that would incur. Susan just said and quot;well, lets test it right now and then we will know for sureand quot; She tested three places and established we did not have any lead and bid accordingly. Susan only gives estimates- not hard and fast bids- which made my husband and I nervous since we have gotten burned by contractors who worked that way before. I discussed this issue with Susan extensively and because she was such an open, clear communicator we decided to proceed with her.
We scheduled the job and Susan was in contact before we started a couple of times to discuss paint colors and other details. She showed up every day right on time and the job took exactly as long as she said it would. We talked a little before i left each day and if things came up during the day that she had questions about Susan called me that night. Since she is a general contractor Susan was able to repair one of our downspouts that was damaged, replace attic vents and even noticed a fan venting problem in our downstairs bathroom that she is coming back to repair. I was completely confident in her abilities at all times and even though she added on these couple repairs she finished within $100 of her estimate. She and her team were the nicest people we have had working on our house and they were very knowledgeable and fun to have around. Our house had not been cared for for a long time when we bought it so there was a ton of prep work to be done to get the house looking good and it looks amazing now!! I would rehire Susan in an instant and am actually lining up future projects for her...

Absolutely beautiful! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Susan was an absolute pro, as was her subcontractor. Susan has been my contractor for prior jobs and I will definitely ask her to return for more projects in the near future!

Susan was thorough in discussing the important things to consider with this project. She gave me a reasonable timeline, then completed the project sooner than that (even though her helper called in sick), and gave me a reasonable cost estimate, and came in under that. She was flexible on a payment plan. She was easy to communicate with, and I am happy with the quality of her work.

She did a beautiful job! I believe I got much more than I bargained for from her. She worked for about a day and a half. She does exactly what she bids. She's on time. She's fast and does excellent work. She really goes above and beyond. I am very pleased with what she did here at my house and I would definitely use her again. I plan on doing so, she will be putting in a skylight for me.
