Description of Work: The office directs a caller to various extensions that have an answering machine message the caller is to leave. Out of at least 4-5 calls to the estimator, one call last summer was returned. I have not called them since February 2016. |I do know of 2 persons with stick houses who have had Stonewood return calls and hired Stonewood for remodels, including window change outs. They have high praise for the quality of the work & recommend Stonewood. I have a manufactured home and perhaps they do not work on those, do not return call at all if they realize that is the kind of structure being addressed for potential work.

Description of Work: I met this company at the Lane County Home Show. After talking to the man at the booth, he asked that I email him the house plans I had so he could give me an approximate price quote. I emailed him the plans and he replied that he would get back to me within 2 weeks with a quote. I never heard from him again, despite 3 or 4 follow up emails in an attempt to get ahold of him. Terrible customer service, I's never recommend Stonewood. |

 + -1 moreStonewood was recommended by the property manager we use in Eugene, and they easily lived up to what I was told about them. They were very prompt, did outstanding work, and worked with us through the remodel so we were comfortable with everything they did. I would use them again without hesitation.

 + 0 moreOne could not find a better company for a home remodel than Stonewood Construction. There were checks and double checks throughout our project to insure the finest quality. They were prompt, clean and efficient. The General Manager, Josh Shafer did a great job helping us design our fabulous kitchen. The site superintendent, Jake Shafer did a lot of quality control. He even fixed things that were not done properly in other remodels at not extra charge. Jake was very easy to work with as was all the sub contractors that he supervised. If you are considering a remodel, don't hesitate to get a bid from Stonewood.
Description of Work: An entire kitchen, dining room remodel as well as a back covered concrete patio.

 + -1 moreThey were the best people for the job. They did an excellent job. They were expensive, but they got the job done. There was a lot of work to do. I would tell the others that if they need everything done with the highest level of professionalism, this company is the best choice. They did everything what I wanted, and they got it done correctly. So, I was pretty happy with them.

Description of Work: We received an estimate only, which seemed reasonable for the scope of work. We went with another firm that offered a cabinet style we preferred.
