Very prompt. Excellent and professional job installing a garage door opener and hanging a large flat screen TV on a living room wall. The garage door opener required all parts and electrical hook-up for a large two-car garage door. He gave me good explanations on how to operate the door opener. I am very pleased with the work and would definitely hire again.

Andy is professional, personable, responsible.  We called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday morning.  Andy had all the parts needed in his truck.  Each spring cost $55.  The service call to install them cost $90.  The price quoted over the telephone was exactly the price we paid.  Andy removed all used materials and cleaned up before he left.

Returned my call to his cell in minutes and showed up in less than twenty minutes. He then diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot.  I did not realize the light cells could get out of alignment over time because of vibrations, temperature changes and the like. When I asked for the bill he said because it took only a couple minutes and he was on his way home anyway, no charge. Andy was pleasant, professional and I would recommend him highly.

Both Andy and his wife provided excellent and friendly communication.  My initial phone call was returned within a few hours.  He explained everything patiently and was very easy to deal with.  It was such a relief to get this fixed and even more so to have it be so easy.  I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely call them the next time I need anything related to the garage door.

I don't really know exactly, but it for a broken spring, coil and he replaced them. He was fine, wasn't overly friendly but he was professional, got the job done.

Everything went great. Andy (the owner) was punctual, prompt about responding to voicemails, proactive, and professional. He was also very courteous, letting me know well in advance as soon as he knew a part wouldn't arrive in time, so that I wouldn't go to the effort of moving my garaged trailer earlier than necessary. I'll happily use his company again for our next garage door project.

He was very nice. The price was reasonable. He came out on a Sunday because it so happened that our garage door broke. The spring broke on Friday. He did a great job. He didn't have the kind of spring that we had but he put on a stronger one. It was a good price for having them come out on a Sunday.

They did an excellent job. They give a clear description of the problem. They get it done quickly and they're clean. They are trustworthy, clean cut and prompt.

Andy is so responsive! This was at least the third time I've had him out with various garage issues -- once when *someone* backed into part of the door, once when we needed to recode our controllers after a theft. In all three cases, cases he was able to come within a few hours and solved the problem promptly. I find him to be thorough, honest, and efficient and would recommend him without hesitation.

Left message for Andy and he called back within minutes having just finished a job in nearby area. He offered to come within minutes to repair. Gave me an estimate on the phone which I was happy with. His truck was neatly loaded with all his tools, springs, ladders, in fact everything he needed to complete the job. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Really nice, informative and easy to talk with. He showed me the type of lubricant and oil I should use in future to keep the door working nicely. It is even quieter!! Great job. Very smoothly

Stapleton Overhead Door came the same day and solved our problem. At the same time I saw a baby mouse come out from hiding (and dying from some poison I had put out under fire place) in the house and Andy from Stapleton Overhead Doors came in and removed it for me! I explained I had some issues with mice and he examined the base of the garage door and realized the rubber below was not sealing completely therefore letting mice in! Something the exterminator missed. He ordered a replacement and put it in for me. We have never had issues with mice again. We have used and referred Stapleton Overhead Doors many times since ;-).
