I called repeatedly to tell them that the mattress wasn't level, and had a big lump down the middle when you laid down on it.  They said it would just take time, and keep sleeping on it, and that it would adjust with time.  I waited until the 99th day, when you can have up to 100 days, to tell them of a problem, and it never resolved.  The salespeople were all really friendly, and lied through their teeth that they "would take good care of me."  No only did they not do that, but they never turned in my complaints.  I received one paper that said I would have to pay $50 for someone to come 'evaluate' my mattress, and I told them i couldn't afford it.  All in all, they drug it out until their 'was nothing they could do...my 100 days had been up far too long."  They would never DO anything.  At the end, they said I could trade for the same dollar value, but all they offerred me was a bed that was half the value of mine, and not anything comparable in value.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but they wrote them a letter which was ignored.  The BBB said that Sleep Country didn't belong to the BBB and that basically there was nothing anyone could do.  I was shocked.  I will never do business with, or have any respect for that company again.  They were awful to try to deal with.

Sleep Country had the best prices of the places we looked. Delivery went without a hitch. The mattresses are of excellent quality. Can't ask for more than that!
