Very professional and on time installation. Price fit our budget monthly and can leave for work and vacation and feel safe. We can check on line and remote access. Great service! All around.

They were very professional. This job took place at a new hangar and was a bit challenging but they had no problem with the installation. Very clean install. All features work as requested including remote arm/disarm of the security system via iPhone as well as remote viewing of the security cams. When the power went down briefly they contacted me immediately to let me know there was a problem with the system. Turned out the power was turned off briefly for some ongoing electrical work, but I was impressed by how fast they noticed the system down and informed me.

Hired them to put security system in our business and at my mother in laws residence. The whole process was a complete disaster from the start. Items that where removed disappeared. The quality of the work was poor the cameras that they used where not sealed correctly. had to replace the outdoor cameras after one year, water damage. Not sealed correctly. They would say one thing and do another. The whole process was a communication problem from the beginning. The representive they sent out to estimate and teach how to operate was more interested in selling the system. Did not teach us anything because I don't believe he knew anything. Would neve deal with this company again.

"One of those customers! Multiple attempts at the drop of a hat and FREE I might add to fix problem. Most time issues related to existing wiring/hardware. Work was done Late 2010, Early 2011 and customer is just now reviewing? Have to wonder? We have installed thousands of these systems and don't require contracts, everything we do is month to month, obviously our customers continue to do business because of our quality of service and reliable products. Wish this client the best, but unfortunately just one of those unhappy people."

I have been using their services for about a year. I think they are very resonable priced. They are very quick to respond. When I called them, they were out the next day to give me a quote. I even referred them to a friend of mine who thought their quote was very good and competitive as well. I feel more at ease with the security in my home and I am very happy with their service.
