He worked through my contractor. I didn't have a lot of dealing with him personally. He was doing the shower and things. He said I was kind of short so he rearranged my shower knobs for me. He was very concerned abou thtings like that. I liked him. After the construction I having water backing up in my garage. I didn't know what to do so I called him for suggestions. He said it was probably just backing up, but he sent someone else out anyways. The lines were broken and he refused to charge me for it. He went out of his way without my asking.

He is an excellent plumber. He is honest and fairly priced. I use him on an ongoing basis and I have recommended him to others.
