After having some remodel work done in our home with workers in and out...I had Rob come clean my carpets. I called him on Wednesday and he came on Thursday. I have used Rob exclusively for several years. I can't say enough about the quality of his work! He is fast and efficient. He will always go the extra mile. He is friendly, honest, professional and very reasonably priced! When he is done, my carpets look like new and smell good too...(even the area with a pet stain). I HIGHLY recommend. You won't be disappointed!

I was just starting to get better from being sick but was still staying in my bedroom when the 2 men came on time to steam clean the carpeting. I explained to them that I would be in my room as I was just getting over from being sick for a few days. They started the work and did it super fast and done within their estimated time. I did not go and check out the work they did but signed the paper work and gave then a large tip and thanked them. Within the next few days I started to see dirty spots coming back up in the carpeting I had just had cleaned. I can't totally blame them for what happened as the carpeting is super old. My personal feelings is that they did just what they had to to make it look good and left it as that. I personally do not feel they did all that they claimed to have done. Either or,,, I paid them for their work,,weather done properly or not. Please watch all your work getting done by professional carpet cleaning people so you get what you are paying for.

This was the first time we used Rob's service. I was looking for someone nearby because we needed a quick turn-around (guests coming!). Rob was great, he showed up within an hour of my call. I even changed the scope of the work after he got here, but he took it with a smile and performed very professionally. The results were superb: very clean and the original soft texture restored—nice for a 20-year-old carpet that hasn't been professionally cleaned all that often. We will definitely use Rob's Carpet Cleaning again.

Rob's Carpet Cleaning rocks!! Rob is easy to reach, available on short notice, always on time (or early), charges much more reasonable rates than previous companies I've used, and does the best job of anyone I've used. He's had some difficult jobs at my house with dog "accidents," and has done an amazing job of getting rid of the odor as well as the stains. The carpets always look like new after he's done. He'll do as much or as little as you want and charges accordingly. I wholeheartedly recommend this carpet cleaning business.
