James was recommended to me by my real estate agent, (after the first handyman we tried rescheduled 3 times and stopped returning phone calls) and he has been a lifesaver. He is extremely prompt (he will call if he thinks he might be 15 minutes late), very responsive to contacts, will track down the best prices for materials for you. The first time I hired him (to install the pet door), he finished his work before his minimum time (2 hours) was up, so he offered to help with anything else I needed and ended up helping me move a VERY heavy couch down a VERY narrow hallway for no extra money. He really looks out for the consumer to be sure they're getting the best value. We had a break-in not long after moving in and he made us a priority so we could get our house secure ASAP, and helped us figure out what we needed. He's always been quick, clean, and courteous. I can't recommend him enough!
