Your job took 1 hour plus materials. We always disclose our fees up front. While $175 may seem like a lot to spend on a home repair, we are glad you chose us, as the cost of DIY electrical work like what we did in your home can be significantly higher and certainly more dangerous. We enjoyed working with you and hope you'll call us again."

You are correct, the electrician took his lunch break on his own time to spend with his 4 year old daughter on her birthday. Our electricians are on their time during lunch breaks with no charge to the customer. You are also correct in stating that Reynolds Electric does charge travel time. Our dispatch manager makes sure that all jobs are lined up and in order to keep travel costs at a minimum. Your travel is what it cost for us to leave our shop and arrive at your residence.
