I live in North Carolina and wanted to send flowers to my son and daughter-in-law in Eugene, Oregon for their wedding anniversary. After looking at local florist websites, I called Reed and Cross. I couldn't decide between sending flowers or a plant, and asked the florist's opinion. She suggested sending both. She created something for a customer recently and it was well received. I liked that idea. She asked what I'd like to spend and said she'll make something nice for that. Well, she exceeded my expectations. My son called right after delivery to tell me how beautiful the gift was. He described the flowers and colors. It sounded varied, colorful, and full. He said that there were also two African violet plants and that everything was packaged very nicely. They were quite pleased. I was impressed because I certainly didn't expect so much for the cost of $65. I think it helps if you call a florist directly, rather than go through FTD or other third party, and rely on the florist's expertise, but Reed and Cross went above-and-beyond on this order. I'm glad to know a local florist on whom I can rely for future gifts.
Description of Work: Created a gorgeous floral arrangement paired with lovely African violet plants, and delivered with only one day's notice for a very modest price.
