I cannot give Artie enough credit for his assistance throughout every phase of the house-purchasing process: from house-hunting to contract negotiation, to home inspection, to closing and, in our case, an owner rent-back addendum. Artie is great!  Very, very patient.  He worked with us for the entire  2 years it took us to find the perfect house for us. He is a consummate professional and has your best interests at heart.  He will never rush you.  We were loathe to use a real estate agent but didn't want to do it all on our own, as we  had no time to adequately look into /research all the issues that come up when house hunting. This is the second time we have used Artie for a home purchase. The first was for a home we purchased in Florence 10 years ago.
