Very well over the four years so far. if you are looking for oversight for your property, you can stop here. Ray, Denise and the staff are professional, friendly, responsive, honest and fair. They have kept our home rented and in good repair. Ray does much of any home repair himself, for less money, and thus has opportunity to be inside the home more often than usual managers. If there is an oversight (rare) they are quick to resolve in an agreeable way. All this and their rate is less than the competition.
