It all went very smoothly. Aftter the installation, I noticed a small scuff mark that I could not remove. They returned and were able to remove the mark by buffing with Bartenders' Friend.

Pro Contracting were our sub for kitchen counter top install on a kitchen remodel project. There is no good way to put it: they screwed up the template for a large countertop, so we were left with a widening gap between the stove and the counter - about 5/8" at the back end. I called Barry (the owner) and told him about it. He came out to look and agreed the counter was not right. His solution was to find a good matching slab and, at his expense, re-template and replace the counter top. Now the counter is correct and beautiful
Everybody makes mistakes; taking responsibility for your mistakes and correcting them shows great integrity and professionalism. I will definitely use ProContracting the next time I need stone counters or other work that they perform.
And by the way, all of the guys who came out were courteous, friendly, and worked quickly and professionally. Definitely a good outfit.

Everyone was pleasant to work with. The only part of the project that did not got perfect was an install on a wall where barn wood was not completely removed. On the ends the countertop was cut to fit over the wood instead of the wood being removed, like the rest of the area. So, now we have gaps at the ends where the granite has been cut. A small detail, sure, but it will always be the job not quite done right every time I look at it.

This was about four years ago. They did the granite vanity. They made a granite top and a sink. I did not like the granite that was on it, so I had them make something different. They were good. They took the time and explained everything. They were really informative.

Our kitchen was completely gutted by the general contractor who was doing most of the work. We chose Pro Contracting from their recommendation for our countertops, and from previous contact with them at a home show. We chose granite tile instead slab granite to get more bang for our buck. Adding the granite made a dramatic difference in the appearance of the kitchen. The tile installer Pro Contract sent us was a real craftsman, very precise and meticulous with his work.
Since the remodel was completed, we contacted the same realtor who had assessed the house before the remodel, and the value has increased more than the cost of the remodel. We are very satisfied with their work.

I thought that they did a good job. It was actually the lowest price that I got. The quality wasn't perfect but I haven't had to call them back. I might use them again if I do a bathroom.

Our experience was top notch. They were very professional from beginning to end. The installation went smoothly. The quality of the finish counter is excellent! I challenge my guests to find the seams and they all have a hard time with it. The pricing was excellent, also. They were a joy to work with and we heartily recommend them!

We took home samples, finally made a choice and told them what it was. I think they filled out a sheet, maybe not, but we thought what we did say or do was sufficient to put us in the queue for the time we wanted it done. So they didn't schedule us until after they got the specs from the cabinet shop which was for 6 weeks after the rest of the work was to be done. It was disappointing but c'est la vie. When they did do the work, we were more than happy with the quality of the job.
