PHIL'S ROOTER SERVICE

I left a message on Phil's cell phone and called the office, but Phil called back right away as I was on the phone with his office. His schedule was quite busy and he was able to fit us in and apologized for being later than he thought as the other job ran over the time that it thought it would take to finish his last job. Quality, caring, reasonable and professional service is what Phil is all about! Always an A+++ in our book and will always use him for our home and rentals. We highly recommend him to whomever needs rooter service.

Ended up choosing Phil's for a combination of reasons and very glad I did. Hard to find someone to come out on a Friday. I did not want to use Roto Rooter since the last time they had cleaned the same drain was less than a year ago and their prices have gone up exorbitantly (was almost $200 the last visit, even with senior discount--no wonder they have a $30 off coupon for Angies list!). I am very glad I found Phil's. They were VERY responsive and punctual. Very professional and gave us good advice on how to minimize future problems. AND they are reasonably priced. I will definitely use Phil's again.

Smooth, clear & quick. 

Phil answered his cell phone right away. He said he would get back to me regarding someone coming out to our home. The response time for Roger to come out to our home was within an hour. Phil's Rooter Service was able to give me an estimated time of when Roger would be coming out which I really appreciated.
Roger used an auto powered snake to go through the pipe under our kitchen sink to clear up the clog. Roger spent about an hour working on it. Making sure that the clog also was cleared from the laundry room line. We weren't able to use the washer before on high speed or at a highest water level setting due to the water coming back up from the pipe after the spin cycle. Roger made the way free and clear now. We are so happy to be able to use the washer on high water level setting and fast rotate and don't have to worry about it backing up while using the dishwasher, sink and washer all at one time any more. Roger was very professional, efficient and courteous.
Roger even gave us a Senior Citizen discount even though my husband who is the Senior was not home. There was a weekend charge of $25 over the $86 service fee which was very fair for a weekend call. I appreciate that they are opened 7-days a week and 24 hours a day.
I highly recommend Phil's Rooter Service for your plumbing needs. We will definitely use them in the future.

Providers were courteous and professional. They had the job done in about 45 minutes.

There was leaking in the kitchen sink. The garbage disposal was corroded. He made a number of trips to get the parts to fix the sink and to try different things. They have been very responsive. They've been very forth coming pricing and what would be extra. They are putting in a water heater right now. They are very willing to work with my daughters schedule and with me long distance.

I have used Phil's service for hears both at home and for our rentals and have always found him responsive, prompt and fair. I also use him for plumbing repairs.

Phil's Rooter Service plumber Kevin was very professional but also easy going and totally knew what he was doing. I thought the prices for the work was very reasonable. I believe that Kevin's expertise and knowledge allowed him to work effortlessly and efficiently which helped keep the costs down. I was very pleased with the work. I am not from Eugene Or. so I was very happy to have Angie's List and also good references for different trades from other contractors I found and used from the list.

Began having troubles with sewer line in Winter of 2012, got worse in June 2012. Original request was for video of line to see issue, could not obtain due to plugged line. Roger (employee of Phil) assisted to help ease line, Phil came within 4 or 5 days to assess and give estimate of issue. Problem did involve neighbor's property, was requested to wait until October before end of line was dug up. Sewer line had been cut due to new line put in a year before problem arose. New line and attachment to city line was needed. Phil organized, gave details of what needed to be done and costs. Please know that there is no inexpensive way to do what was needed to be done, I was very pleased with the ongoing communication and what I was required to do and what they would do.
