Perfect Partners Chimney Cleaning

I was very impressed with Julie today when she showed up on time and ready to go to work. She was pleasant, professional and did a thorough job. My husband and I have had our fireplace cleaned over the years by different companies, but never as good as the job Julie did today. For the first time we feel that we got our money's worth. We will definitely be using them from now on.

Not an easy access to our chimney because of a steep roof pitch. He was careful and thorough. We would use him again.

Over the telephone co-owner and chimney sweep provided details of the process for cleaning a chimney, cost, and length of time to complete. The work was done exactly as she had described on the telephone.  Upon completion of her work, she made sure that the house was in clean condition and everything back in place around the fireplace.  Based on the condition of the chimney, the amount of use, and the last time it was cleaned, she was able to give us a target date for future chimney cleaning.  We were pleased with her professional demeanor and service.  We will use this company again.

Paul was careful to cover carpets and more. He moved items to better do his job. He was pleasant and efficient. We can now use our fireplace with confidence.

Paul showed up on time and was extremely clean, very polite, and efficient. Our pellet stove had likely not been cleaned in many, many years. Paul dutifully disassembled the entire stove, inspected and cleaned every aspect, and then cleaned the chimney from the top of our two story house all the way down through the stove door.

Our stove has never run better. The fire door used to soot over every day, but it's been crystal clear in 24 hours of constant burn---unheard for a 25 year old pellet stove. In addition, the rope gasket had just come off the day before Paul came. I had planned on just DIYing this repair myself. However, Paul fixed it without asking and without any additional charge---really a keen eye to customer service.

I will use Perfect Partners again, and I definitely recommend them.

Awesome job--my extra dirty stove and flue are clean, now. In addition, he answered all my questions about what kind of stove will be best when I replace my old one.

Both Julie and Paul were friendly and professional.  I had lots of questions and they were patient with me and answered all questions thoroughly.  I think they were very knowledgeable about all things related to chimneys and fireplaces and stove inserts.  I will definitely use them again.

We are purchasing a house.  We asked that Perfect Partners clean and inspect the chimney.
The appointment was within one day of the request.  Evidently the chimney had not been cleaned for quite some time, so it was a job.  Julie cleaned with no mess at all; very impressive.
Julie was up front about the condition -- repairs needed to the fireplace floor, and the fact that the flue was not operational nor fixable.
We had used Perfect Partners previously for two other houses we owned from 2000 - 2009, scheduling a yearly cleaning.  Always prompt and clean service.

I called Perfect Partners.  We scheduled the work for three days later.  Julie arrived promptly as scheduled. 
After chatting about what she would do, she inspected both fireplaces from inside and outside.
One fireplace was rarely used and the other only occasioanlly. 
She recommended that she sweep the one but the second was clean enough and didn't need sweeping.
The fireplace was taped off to reduce any soot in the house. 
The process took less than an hour.
She cleaned up, recommended a schedule for cleaning the fireplaces and water proofing the chimney.
On time, short and sweet, competent.

Excellent service.  Julie showed up on time, was very pleasant and described what she found, cleaned the chimney (it was very dirty) and explained how our type of chimney worked and what we could expect.  She cleaned and checked out the stack, was on the roof cleaning.  We have notes from her explaining what we talked about, and cleaned the hearth.

Perfect Partners has been sweeping our chimney for a number of years, and we have no complaints.

Showed up a little late but called to let us know he was a bit behind so that's OK. Was quick but thorough and explained what he found in terms I could easily understand. Gave me a written estimate for some minor repairs needed on the cement crown. $130 was a lot for me to pay on my retirement income, but I thought he was worth every penny. I will be using him in the future for all my fireplace needs.

It went very well. I left a message on the machine and took about five days to get back to me, which he apologized for and then after that it was a good experience.

We have a 5 year old house that had not been serviced. The service from the initial phone call to the visit for cleaning was flawless. The owner showed up personally and she was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about all things chimney including noting that the back of the fireplace was in need of care. All areas were draped and taped to prevent blow back into the house and she had the correct ladders for our 2 story home. the fees were exactly what was quoted over the phone and the follow up estimate for the replacement of the back of the fireplace & possibly the spark arrester arrived as promised. What a great experience overall! I have added them to the rolodex for the next recommended maintenance. A pleasure doing great business with Perfect Partners!
