Evelyn is such a pleasure to work with, and she gets us a great deal every time. We actually tried to use a broker at OCCU first because we were tempted by a very low advertised rate. However, Evelyn was much more responsive and ended up getting us a better deal, so we went with her instead. She is also so much more personable and easy to work with. 10/10, highly recommend!

When considering a refi, I called around and Paramount was the ONLY place who gave me straight answers about their pricing. The other mortgage company and bank, wouldn't tell me how much they charged...they wanted to hear what the other person was charging and were unclear with their answers. I don't like to play games, especially with my finances.

Evelyn is very informative to new buyers and is willing to answer any questions you have. Evelyn knows the in and outs of the real estate market. She is honest and her rates are very good. She works really well with her sister who is the office manager. We love visiting the bird in their office too. If there were an A+ grade they would definitely get it.
