I had to go to the hospital and my family decided to get a cleaner for me so I could come home to a cleaner space. Nathan swore to them up and down that he wouldn't throw away anything that didn't for sure look like garbage .... So he took my entire drawer of sheet pans and glassware, an external CD-ROM drive, wireless keyboard, and an old Samsung Galaxy S Note 9 with Stylus... AND I'M SURE MORE AT THIS POINT. He won't return the items unless we meet him halfway and won't even confirm he has the items still. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON INTO YOUR HOME. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON.

I have a few complaints about the cleaning, that he missed a few parts of the house, and I also ended up cleaning the stove top and the oven again because he did not do a very good job. He did reduce his price, but I would have rather had a complete professional cleaning and not have to finish the job myself. My main complaint is his refusal send me a bill that states the cost of the deposit, the remainder of the cleaning fee, and the total paid for services! (after several requests) His receipt for the final bill has $0 for all entry lines including the total, which is not what I need for taxes, etc. since I have paid him. Perhaps he needs to learn how to use his billing program and recognize the purpose of having several data entry lines on its standard bill form, such as the deposit, final payment and Total - which are only $0 when the service is free! He also kept my VISA info I gave him for the deposit and used it to charge my card for the remainder before he even sent me a bill, which I do not believe is legal, I should initiate and approve all the charges to my VISA. I went from being incredibly grateful that he was able to come out so quickly to clean my rental, to being baffled why he would refuse such a simple, normal request! Now, regrettably, I need to file a formal complaint to get a proper receipt.
