They came out as soon as they could that same afternoon. Quickly determined it was a bad motor or a broken wire down the well. They acquired a new pump and came out early the next day - a Saturday during a holiday weekend. Pulled the pump, found a broken wire, fixed it and put everything back together in working order in a short time. For all the work done, the cost was very reasonable.

Super. Doug was a little late, but had the office call ahead so we were well informed. he was an excellent service provider. Fast, efficient, and personable. The bill was actually less than the estimated cost--not many businesses would reduce cost if the job went well.

When I found this service and spoke to Randy on the phone, I felt very good about it. He clearly knows his business. His shop is located just a mile from my house. The $65 hourly rate was really very fair. My pump was properly repaired, and our sprinklers work now. We had just one minor mis-communication that was ultimately resolved. The previous owner of my home had illegally connected a supply line between the domestic water supply and the irrigation pump. Randy agreed to fix it a certain way, but the reapirman who came did not initially fix it as discussed. However, a phone call later rectified this situation. I was pleased with the response, and it all worked out.
