Onsen Spa

I have had to call them a few times now, and they have been very helpful. 

We bought our HotSpring spa over 10 years ago, when we lived in Corvallis, OR. We have always been delighted with Onsen's service, and price on parts. When we have needed to replace parts, they have always been lower than anything we could find on the internet, and much lower than the HotSpring dealer in the Portland area. And Onsen does come up to Portland occasionally, and we wait for them to do our major service. As we age, bromine and chlorine take a toll on our skin. HotSpring has a new, fancy chemical system that does not take the oil out of skin, at least not as bad as that other stuff. Onsen recently replaced our aging cover and fixed us up with the new system for what we consider a very reasonable price. Only downside is having to wait until they're coming to the area. But the savings and the trust we have in them make them worth waiting for. And without a doubt I consider them the people to buy the spa from in the first place.

They were quick to respond. They came out the same day that I called. The tech was very friendly and gave me some suggestions on how to make my hot tub last longer.

They were great. Good sales service and good tech.

They tried very hard over the phone to help me avoid a service call. After a few phone calls and suggestions on their part, it was determined that in fact I did need a service call due to a failed circulation pump in our old hot tub. They were prompt, courteous and saw things from the customer point of view.

Continued excellent service and customer support on our Hot Springs Hot Tub, which we bought from Onsen's in approx 1992. They've moved it and repaired it and sold us supplies. They provide excellent customer service above and beyond.
