We hired OSI after introductory meetings with several options. We appreciated that the owner had experience with older homes and was not concerned about our unique setup that would require some skill and creativity. The price was reasonable and was not inflated by services that we didn't want or need. We also liked the idea of giving our business to a small, family company. When women hire contractors, we are often faced with people who talk down to us and insist that their ideas are better. This was not at all the case with the owner and crew from OSI. They listened to what we wanted, gave input when asked, and ultimately built exactly what we had in mind. There were several delays along the way that resulted in this project taking months longer than we anticipated. Many of these were due to situations beyond the control of the contractor (illness, subcontractor availability), but some were unexplained. We would have appreciated a more realistic timeline at the start and more communication and transparency during times of delay as it would have relieved the worry that we experienced. In the end, we have a kitchen that we love. We appreciate that the company has stayed in touch and come back to fix the small details that are inevitable in this type of project. It is good to work with a company that cares about their work and wants to be sure the customers are satisfied.

Contacted JASON in January and still have not had any work done yet and he took my cabinet door and nine thousand dollars I am afraid I am being scammed

Great team of guys very personable and worked with the difficulties that come with an older home. There were many bumps along the road but they handled them well and got the job done. Often it is a better judge of a service to see how issues are resolved over a project that has no issues.

Jason was able to give us a 3-D design of our kitchen for our remodel. We were having a hard time visualizing the space and layout and he came up with a great new plan.

Some things got put on wrong but your employees went Way Beyond to fix them and kept in touch to make sure I was happy with the work
