Work was done very quickly and the gutters looked good. When the first rains came, they leaked in several places. In some places the gutters were so loosely nailed in that water was running behind the gutter off the roof. Most of the gutters drained away from the down spouts, and in two places where short downspouts ran into a gutter below, the downspouts were cut too long, which created a debris dam in the gutter. The contractor called me several times after the work was done, demanding payment. I explained the leaks, and that I would pay when the gutters performed their basic function properly. He was rude, aggressive and angry.
